    It’s better than when I started. The therapist (who I trust) had thought the Orthopedic would do a Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) and rip the muscles apart but the Doc said he thought he’d break my arm in the process. So we’re going the slow and steady route with therapy.

    it was a day i woke up on the rt side of the dirt and the lord blessed me with another day so i'm thankful. all my time spent commuting and at work just seems like a waste though. hope you had a nice monday
