I slighty stiffer ride, as in "more sports car, less Buick". Like I said, I love it, some don't. If you are on a budget, I'll be posting my TRD shocks and springs, with 74K miles for sale, here on the forum. PM, if you want to see pics. I'm gonna ask $150 + shipping for all four shocks (leak free) and the front springs.

I got your same truck go for the 5100's I love them they ride so much better than stock I blew out my suspension so back the rear felt like a brick between two shocks and the fronts whernt to bad but they did sag just a bit Road fine off roading was sorta boring though they would bottom out all day

theyre digressively valved. during normal street driving they will feel firmer (not necessarily harsher) and give less body roll.

So all I would need to buy are these? I don't have to buy anything else to replace all 4 shocks?

On the product page for the second one, it states "will not work with no rear lift", does that mean the truck won't be level if I set the front at 0? I don't necessarily need a lift, but having the option is nice.

I run my rear shocks with no lift there fine, and they also state that the shock Will not work with the stock coils but they only say thatbecause they have a deal with Toyota stop coils will work fine and rear shocks will work without a lift

Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Yeah there great I run them and I drive 1000 miles a week, no complaints and my truck looks great I think, pictures don't even do it justice, if your using your stock springs Put the setting to 2.5 and it will be a great ride and height is just right.. I'm soon learning I want uca's so I can get more travel and a beter lift enough is never enough

it's not too difficult to install right? The most ambitious thing I've done automotive wise is change the brake pads.

I've been looking at getting 5100s for my 05 TRD Sport. Can I use the 5100s (front & rear) without adding a lift?
I would prefer to keep the stock 4x4 height and not have to do any lifting.

Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.:hattip:

Yes you can just set the 5100's to the first (lowest setting on the clips, if you go to the second clip you'll get a level look and the last setting you'll have a bit of a pre runner look

What's the difference between the PreRunner and other models? (besides 4WD/better engines)

he meant pre runner as in an actual pre runner not a 2wd taco. aka the front end will be higher than the rear "bro lean"

I have a PreRunner, could I keep the 5100's at 0 for front and rear or would I have to compensate for a height difference?
