2017 Tacoma TRD Pro Thread

Did some detail vinyl work just to make the little things pop, I think the vinyl gave it a bit more character. The headlight side blinker got a light tint as well , still very visible but looks so much better.

 

Yeah, you can make a TRD for less money only because dealers will hype it up and charge MSRP or more. With a normal discount from MSRP it is probably a break even. Of course they also did this with the Gen3 for as long as they could.

Thanx man, yea I'm really enjoying the white. This weekend I will have new fn FX pro wheels with bfg ko2s and darker tint all around. And in a few weeks I plan to get some rock sliders with a kick out, and maybe a light bar

 

Probably true, but my dealer only did a 4k markup, and i was going to get reupholstered leather interior and JBL anyways, so an extra 4k was well worth it. Other dealers have had it from 8 to 10k markup.

 

Can you add the jbl audio?

 

Add a roof rack and you'll be set! I'm looking at the Prinsu.

 

I am not usually a fan of white vehicles, but it works very well on the Pro. That would be my choice since they don't offer silver. Congratulations.

 

How's the TRD exhaust ? Loud?

 

It's not loud per se, but it does have a nice low base tone at start-up and while accelerating. It sounds much better than stock.

Yea can add JBL to any truck. But there is better after market sound systems out already

 

Yea man it sounds nice. Deep but not anoying, I might try and take if the muffler and mod it to it a varex x force. So I can go from Prius quite to no muffler in a flip of a swich

Thanks man, yea I like the dark gun metal more but the white with all black accents it's great.
