Yay! Another supercharger guy. I need to get into contact with the other guy in Kirkland with the supercharger. He put a smaller pulley on his truck. I don't have enough power yet or low enough gas mileage. Sliders come in December, as does lift around there. Should knock the mileage down enough for me to be happy.

He's a pretty cool guy. He traded his snatch block for a case if beer with me.. he lives up the road from me.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll get use to the extra power and weigh the truck down more, then I'll get the urd 2.85" pulley. I should put a wide band o2 sensor/gauge in and see how rich the truck stays at wot. I'd also like to get a boost/vacuum gauge as well so I can keep track of the massive 6 psi it will run. You have any extra gauges?

Nothing yet. I've been looking at what to do and what is available. I'm 100% sure the stock tune on this thing runs pig rich, especially as the temperature comes down. With a smaller pulley, I'd want to put in a couple of gauges, or at a minimum had something to monitor it, although it seems like you're pretty safe with something like the 2.85" pulley and the stock tune as it still doesn't run lean at that point (based on some reading around here and XRU). Not sure I'd trust it.

A turbo Civic as well as your truck? Do tell! I must see, neighbor.

My Civic stayed stock. I had designs on it, but I considered that my "daily driver" even though it's become a bit of a garage queen since I've been enjoying running the Tacoma around for the last few months. 11,000 miles on the Taco in the 20 months of ownership and 6,000 miles in the last 6 months. Civic is out from under warranties, perhaps it's time.

so, PCSing from GA to WA. My wife and I are looking at stopping in Kinnewick, WA over night for one of our legs of the trip. Is that a legit city as far as good to stay at with a 4 month old baby? All the other cities we are stopping at are large, main cities like Dallas, Salt lake city, Sante fe, etc, but wasnt sure about Kinnewick...anyone have first hand experience there?

It's like anywhere, it has good and bad points in it, but generally you should be fine there. If you are driving a uhaul or going slow for pulling a trailer, figure about 3-4 hours from Kennewick to Spokane area or 4ish hours to Seattle area, closer to 5 if going to Everett. I am working in Oregon near Kennewick currently.

The kennewick, Paso, richland area is fine. It's a large area and like anywhere has good and bad areas.
