    Had a great time out there. It was fun riding the trails at Citrus and thanks to Hermine there was even a few mildly challenging places to negotiate. Redrock was intense, and honestly, it's probably more challenging than Hardrock, except there's no rock gardens.

    The OGT held up well but there were a few issues. The casualty list includes:

    --Leaking steering rack
    --Lost antenna cap & bent adjusting screw
    --busted hinge on my 25ish y/o cooler lid
    --#allenfab sticker got slightly scraped (@allenfab )
    --busted driver's side CV

    'Preciate the offer. I have a brand new Autozone CV sitting in the shed as well as the original factory CV. I'll be putting the factory CV back in. Then I'll warranty the broken Autozone one and have 2 brand new ones in the shed. :rolleyes:

    Update on the cooler situation...

    Coleman apparently hasn't redesigned their hinges in over 20 years, so I think I'm going to be able to replace the busted one! :thumbsup: I ordered a new set so we'll see if they work when they get here.

    Okay, I have a question: Somebody said that Holder Mine was going to be reservation only starting in November. Can someone confirm this? And where did you find the info? It has a bearing on the plans for the 2017 Annual Meet.

    Looks like we're not the only ones that have issues with the park nazi...
    Also, if someone with a facebook account wants to defend our honor against that Keith Wedin idiot and explain to him that most serious off-road groups that go out there pick up the trash on the trails and leave them cleaner than we found them, unlike hunters. I've been out there immediately following hunting season and there's trash all over the trails. Also, while we do tend to rut out mud holes and whatnot, the spots where that happens have bypasses for less capable vehicles...either that or they are places like trail 19 that the water run-off by itself would make the trail impassible for his 2wd stocker. :rolleyes::p

    I defy him to ride with us and still say that crap.

    Okay, I called the Withlacoochee Visitor's Center and asked them about the Holder Mine Reservations thing. The guy said that, yes, it would be going to reservations only, but the target date for that to happen is April of 2017, so we should be good for the 2017 Annual Meet in February, so we'll get one more meet there before we have to get a volunteer sacrificial lamb to bear the financial burden for the reservations and hope any no-shows pony up their share anyway.

    Hmm...lambs and ponies and bears...oh my! :rimshot:

    Anyway, It's maybe a good thing I wanted to do the 2017 Fall Camp & Ride somewhere besides Citrus. I'm thinking of ONF. I haven't seen anything terribly interesting in videos of ONF, but Citrus is getting a little stale, especially with all the fun spots becoming verbotten.

    @michaelrussell , you go out there all the time. What do you think?
