@Redfive11 are you locked? I had a Prerunner before my current truck and the best off roading mod I ever did to that thing hands down, by far, was put a locker in it.

Not locked yet. It's on the list along with new gears. I'm having issues with my lowers and desided to pull the trigger on an upgrade to those first.

It will be a very worthwhile investment, it's pretty amazing what locked rear can do even for a 2wd vehicle. I surprised quite a few of my 4x4 friends in my old '99 Prerunner with a full-time lunchbox locker in the rear. Thing was a bitch to drive around town though, lol. Definitely go with an ARB

LSD's are great for street driving but not very helpful offroad when one of the rears is hanging up off the ground. First time I did MJT actually, one of the guys in our group had a 4x4 Sport with the auto-LSD feature and it got him hung up pretty bad in one spot where our lockers pushed us right over.

An ARB will be going in. If I wasn't having the LCA problems it would be going in now.

I feel ya. Just had to have my lower ball joints replaced and recommended uppers as well. Put a damper on the mod money I wanted to spend elsewhere. At least I'm getting some SPC light racing UCAs out of it.

I may change my uppers out as well. They are not working so well with my spindles. I have the camburg ball joints uppers. Going to go with their uniballs or their new billet arms.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
That metric for "success" is great when you swim in a blow-up-kiddie pool. If you aren't getting pulled offroad every so often, you aren't pushing yourself.

No, I get it. What I missed was that you were duped into trying the trail by the leader in the first place. Huge fail on his part and then he apparently did even worse by abandoning you. Wow. If true that is simply inexcusable.

I mentioned the situation a few times in how @Boosted TRD left, others defended him wtf is that shit. The dude should be kicked in the nutsack, really he should be banned from Tacomaworld and banned from participating in any future origanized trail run. Never leave or abandon anyone on the trail if they are broke, stuck or otherwise unable to make it out safely. Rain was coming and we were experiencing the pre sprinkle to the rain during the recovery. One vehicle turned back right away because their wipers werent doing the job. I give that guy props for making that decision. Trying to get the 2wd taco out on a muddy trail would have been disastrous.

I'm here for the shaming. Fuck that guy.

I haven't known Tom to embellish much.. so if that is the situation, that is the situation.

    Ain't curr.

Only thing he's lied about before is girth and length, and who doesn't.
