But can you short angry midgets get stuff off the top shelf?

How demasculating is it to go to Lowe's and ask for assistance with top shelf items.

Hey, I'm 5'11", which is 1" over the average!

Those cabinets above the refrigerator are easily 7'!

    Agreed

I've climbed on their shelves before, and I've also rolled one of those stair things over too. I'm a man...I don't ask for help :hattip:

Lol I haven't kept up with this thread much, but I transferred to a new school out of state meaning I use the university gym, I miss my old gym! I see much stupid things go on in there and it's usually packed tight, people also either misplace or steal stuff and the pins for the cable machines, why just why steal the pins...I'm gonna buy some of my own bolts and start replacing the empty slots on at least 3 of the machines missing pins if the university won't. Example: I saw someone using clamps on the smith machine and almost died laughing I couldn't even

Also came here to say I tried a new preworkout, transparent labs bulk preworkout. It's kinda expensive when not on sale, but it seems alright. Idk if it really helps me that much as I have a very high tolerance to stimulants. Do not get the blueberry flavor though, the taste is a 3/10 it's terrible. There's one other flavor and I have reservations that'd it'd be any better lol.

Also just saw this shaker bottle and kinda want one: https://www.tornadoshakers.com/?gcl...vvSUoJz3D0Xwk43MHwkS__ucjom67oMU7mhoCJLzw_wcB

Lol great for everything and my ON protein shakes are always clumpy unless I shake them alot and it gets old fast aka I'm lazy

    @zacharypaul89
yeah I work at the office from 7:30am-4pm. Walk across the street to the YMCA in the basement of the Bank of America Building at 11am-12pm and just eat my lunch at my desk. The key is taking cold showers lol. I have been working out at lunch for the past 1.5 years and honestly don't think I could every do it any other way. It breaks up the day nicely and with all that blood rushing when I come back I am more productive than ever.

Nice. The only reason I couldn't do that is I have to go let our dogs out at lunch or they'll pee all over the house. Our new house has a garage and we've been meaning to get it situated for them to stay in there, but they can't right now.

Going in the morning is best for my schedule, but makes my day long as fuck the 3 days a week I've got law school from 6:15-9:30pm.

Not going to lie....I sometimes do double days 2 times a week (sometimes)
I'll just leave my sweaty clothes hanging in the gym AT 7AM and hit it again at 11am if I know I will be busy or out of town.

those dogs better be so old they can't hold their bladder or they would be yard dogs in my world lol

I've thought about doing a 2-a-day like on Wednesday before and after work. Might actually try that tomorrow. Might do back/bis in the AM and something quick like shoulders/quads in the afternoon.

As for the dogs, 1 is old, but the other 2 are both younger. They've just always been on the schedule that if they're not let out first thing in the morning and at lunch, they're gonna pee. Aka, they are the bosses :anonymous:

I wear the same gym clothes a minimum of 2 workouts sometimes 3. Usually the same shorts for 3 and the shirt for 2. If I really sweat (which is rare)I'll switch them up. Ain't nobody got time for all that laundry

I live that life too. Dog - Me - Wife. But, I work from home so it doesn't mess my day up too much but when I went in to the office I would come home at lunch. I had it cake though and could be gone for like 2hours and nobody would notice so I could gym, lunch, and get some dog time and come back...

I re-wear my shit, too. Socks, shorts, and shirt lol....only twice though. I sweat pretty good, but I don't really get stinky, so as long as I let everything dry out, it's good to go by the next workout.
