found these mounts, they actually might work pretty good for the rear.

My friend has them for his F250 From carli. If I put them inside the mounting location now I think they'll fit. Just depends how they line up with the lower and if there's room between the links and brakes.

If you end up bolting those through the frame, make sure you sleeve them. You could weld them on too obviously. Both ways would be plenty strong.

It's nice that our frames are already boxed, otherwise you would have to do that too.

Pretty sure those are going to stick out way too far without yuge wheel spacers. Mine are less than an inch from the frame and the tire is pretty close when flexing.

Also, the shocks need to basically thread between the e brake cable and the links, very tight fit.

I'm still not sure I'll even have enough room to run them on the outside of the frame anyway.

I think they'll be fine outside, just need to keep them tight to the frame like mine. I looked into bypasses when I got mine and they should fit fine if you setup the mount right.

    Hey guys,

Can I get a price check on a used 4 runner:

    https://columbusga.craigslist.org/cto/5822445798.html

Any thoughts on this? Looks to be in good shape, but per KBB he's asking about $2,000 over market value (KBB lists @ $2000).

I'm mainly wanting something that I can take on the trails and not worry about getting scratched up.

I honestly wouldn't pay $4k for a second gen 4Runner. It's clean and a manual but like you said it's over blue book and doesn't really offer anything to justify it

That's what I'm thinking as well. Thanks for the feedback. I think we're going to go take a look at this one tonight, I'll keep you guys updated.

Anything in particular I should look out for on the 4 runners? Problem spots or heavy wear items? It's a GA vehicle, so frame rust doesn't look to be an issue, not from the pictures at least.

    Thanks for the help, sir!

With the 3.0 knowing if the head gasket recall has been done is a plus. 3.slow plus auto is super slow. Rust in the rear wheel wells is a common issue with them.
