I have probably 6 pairs of gym shorts and compression shorts so I can get through 3 weeks of working out wearing them 2-3 days each. I've got a ton of shirts since anytime a t shirt no longer fits me it's get the arms and neck cut out until it fits me again. I only do laundry like once every 3 weeks so it works perfectly. Remember, I work from home so if it wasn't for the gym I probably wouldn't even put clothes on most days...

Anyone here use Blender Bottle? I was told they are having issues with their lids. They have a warranty if yours is coming apart.

The only time I would wear my gym clothes 2x is if I do the 2 a days and don't want to take extra clothes.

I wouldn't be able to breath and would throw up if I wore my gym clothes from the day before....

Yep. Used that warranty a bunch. My last three times they've sent me two completely new bottles and lids each time.

Lol I wear fresh clothes everyday unless I do 2 a days.
I have a hamper in the laundry room ONLY for gym clothes. I come home let them hang dry over night and throw them in the hamper once dry the next night. Sunday's that hamper gets washed and ready gym clothes for the week.
    Gotta stay fresh

Ever blender bottle I've ever had has had the lid break. Never thought about a warranty. I just go to wal mart and buy another.

That's exactly what I did with my first one. Then I got pissed off checked out their website. I sent pics of the small canisters from the one I threw away, but they said they wouldn't cover it if I didn't have it anymore. At least they are standing behind their product.

I'll keep that in mind this time. I just got a new one not long ago. It's the only one I have. The rest are from bb.com

I'm pretty sure it happens from over tightening the lid.

I've had the same bottle for like two years and haven't had a problem. I'd also probably go spend $5 for a new one instead of dealing with warranty crap.

    Backnbis this morning:

    wide-grip pull-ups: 4 sets
    seated v-grip rows: 4 sets
    shotgun rows: 4 sets
    v-grip t-bar rows: 4 sets
incline bench hammer curls: 3 sets
    standing bb curls: 3 sets
    overhead cable curls: 3 sets

What's sad is I have at least 10-15 gym shirts and 7-8 pairs of shorts. I'm really weird about my work clothes, so those get washed after each wear because they're nicer and I don't want them getting stained, bit I could give 2 shits about my gym clothes.

Same way. If I'm not at work or the gym, I'm in my underwear. Clothes are for losers.

I'm going to go gain this afternoon to try it out. I think going twice one day per week would be worth not having to go on Sunday. Still working on the actual schedule of it, but I'm thinking something like this:

    Wed morn: back and bis
    Wed afternoon: shoulders & quads
    Fri morn: chest & tris
    Sat morn: quads & hams

If I can't do anything twice per week, I'm gonna make sure I can at least do quads twice. I've got to get those little guys bigger #selfconscious

x2. I fucking hate those things. They crack right around the thread and sticky protein juice goes everywhere when shaking them up. I wish I had known about the warranty earlier...I've thrown away at least 4-5 tops from that bullshit.

The best 2 shakers I've ever used are the Shakeology ones and the TSN one (they're basically the exact same)...very durable.

Pssssstttt...I didn't wake up and go to the gym. Oops.

My alarm went off for an hour before I woke up.

I did, however, go clean out my truck so the insurance company can come get it and take it wherever to check it out. :(

Lol. It's hard, man! I get up at 5:30 for my morning sessions. What I've found works best is putting my phone across the room. After I get up to turn my alarm off, I kind of stand there for a few seconds and think, "Okay, you're up. You know if you lay back down, you're done." Then I go slam my pre-workout and I'm good to go.
