Do they tell you where you have to live or is it more the price point? How come you don't keep your windows open more to air it out?

Living in government housing is the cheapest for me.

A smoker lives in the next apartment and I don't like to smell her stinking cig smoke.

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
In the desert my wipers dry out and crack. They get used 3 times/year roughly.

Yes you can. It's more for the Navigation system if you lose gps connection which is very seldom. Now to remember how I got too it.

Not sure if this is the same as what you're talking about, but Hypertech calibrator will get the speedo and odometer back to accurate after changing tire size. I put one in my truck. When you do that regear, if you have the Hypertech, don't put in the gear size at all. Leave that section blank. It will throw it way off on the Toyotas.

Made appointment to get gear oil changed by the shop that did the regear. I've got the 500 miles on it. He can't do it till the 31st, but I want him doing it in case of any problems down the road he can't say it wasn't done. Also so he can see how the oil looks, metal shavings and such!

The switchblade? Does that push into the front unit like an accordion? Never seen one. Cool idea.

Never say never! I just order the trd pro shift knob. And in the process of designing a bed platform for in the cap. Then some led's for the hood scoop and grill. Yikes, my wife thinks I am nuts. Come to think of it, she might be on to something! Lol:rofl:

20 min to take it right out if you need to. It's not power, just under spring tension to retract back in. Check it out on youtube!

Yeah, I was just looking at them. I have a cap, so don't need one, but for a bed cover that seems like the way to go. Never seen one before. Congrats on a really useful mod. If I didn't have a cap, I would definitely look into one.

I had one put on a 98 Dodge in 98 from Pace Edwards. It was not called a switchblade back then but looked and worked the same . I put a coat on Armoral on it 2 times a year and my truck was garage kept but it still looked and worked like new in 2016 when I traded it for the Tacoma. I loved it . Great unit. Looks great on your Tacoma !
