Those dates fall great with the other trips that I have planned.

The fall foliage would make for some great pictures.

I was being nice when I heard they were tough to deal with. I may see if @InSainFab or @3378jakesr5 are interested in fabbing some

Countdown to RT '17 set in my phone. The big question is what to do for tires! Drive down on the studded winters to get me through the snowy part or just slide around a bit in the summer tires. Trailer down one set for wheeling maybe? Only a year to figure it out :goingcrazy:

It's in my phone too. SO @NYCO can't change it now........ But I remembering trailering a set of times down for in 2012 and then swapping them over the night I got there. It's not like you won't have plenty of drunk people to help...............

It's not the actual tire swap that is the issue... it's getting a trailer and towing it a couple thousand miles. I do my tire rotations in my gravel driveway as it is, no different than doing it at camp.

New idea! Buy new tires on rims there for savings, worry about how to get 2 sets home later.

What size tires are you running? I might be able to bring you up a set with me?

Nice, that area north of town has a lot of fun stuff that no one ever goes to, lots of fun high speed stuff. Lots of cool spots by BTR, and if you have been watching Westworld, they have some good shots of the area.

seems like most of my travels in moab lately have been exploring north and south ends..and i've been enjoying that very much...so many options that get you away from the main trails and exploring the lesser traveled routes...every time i explore a new-to-me area, i uncover 10 more areas i want to explore...it's a great problem to have

i'm getting excited about my pre- and post-SEMA routes :woot:

estimating 3 days to get to vegas and probably 2 on the route back..
