1 inch lift over other 3rd gen.
2 inch compared to 2nd gen I believe.

depending on tread 265 70 17 is close pretty much a 32inch tire which will give you a little more clearance over factory.
Otherwise maybe a 255/80 if you really want a 33.

265 75 16. Looks and works great on and off-road. Wanted to go bigger but didn't want to cut up things and like the room to flex! KO2

Anyone try a 255/85r16 on stock pro wheels yet? I'm thinking you can drive it on the road without the mudflaps, but any moderate suspension cycling will require a liner remold and probably a mount chop.

Sorry to revive an old thread. Any more tire sizes TRD Pro owners experiment with and would like to share with the rest of us? This thread actually has the chance to getting back to being helpful again.

i just purchased a set of the pro sema 17 in rims in grey,, im going to put some 275/70/17's on the rims and then put them on my Pro, im thinking they should be a good size with no rubbing...just alittle under a 33 in tire,,

    285/70/17 on 4runner Pro rims

Minor rubbing on trim, a little dremel work clears that up.

Fab Four Bumper, Prinsu roof rack, Brute force bed rack, Mobtown sliders-coming soon.
IMG_1842.jpg IMG_1797.jpg IMG_1767.jpg 255/85/16 on stock pro rims. Just got them but will have to do some trimming on plastic where mud flaps mount. Haven't had time to off-road it but two weeks of driving it it around town and no rubbing even while turning steering wheel all the way. Toyo mts so their the tallest of the 255'S.

285/70/17.. Had to trim behind the front wheels. I used a heat gun to remold the front of the fender liners.

Just some minor plastic on the edges of the wheel wells. Put em on, run a few days and you'll see it.

Exactly what I did and couldn't be happier (rolls better than 70, less bumpy feeling, 1" height increase) . No loss in mpg too, went with Toyo AT2 C rated instead of heavier KO2s...
