    My interest isn't in really lifting my truck. I've got a 2016 Tacoma TRD/OR Access Cab. Added BAMF sliders, a Snugtop Rebel (outdoors man edition - support weight on top), and a Tepui Roof top tent. That's about 400lb right there.

    A run on the Mojave Road this last week, add water and fuel cams, things were running right on butt dragging.

    I'm looking at an Old Man Emu lift kit. Thoughts on medium vs heavy duty? Other options?

    Support for off-road weight is the concern. I'd prefer to not make the thing suck on road as well.

    I would look here --> https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...2016-tacoma-presented-by-toytec-lifts.395798/
    There is a ton of information on this thread.

    I decided on an ICON kit with OME springs and Dakar Leaf Pack. My truck will have a CBI from bumper with a warren M8000 (160lbs), CBI Sliders with kick out and a KB VooDoo Fab Bedrack with a RTT eventually. Suspension will go on this weekend and the bumper and slider is still being painted but will be shipped soon. I haven't found a RTT that i like in my price range yet.
