I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
My drivers side seat is start to rip so I thought about those but I just can't get my head around the price of them. For that kind of money I think I would do some Clazzio leather seat covers for about the same price

The clazzios were going to be cheaper, i had a coupon code at the time. but i couldn't deal with leather in the hot summer.

at what point does a child become the problem solver? Now at 25 years old i feel like im responsible for my dad more than he is for me lol. He just called me and said uhh so i broke the boat. the engine is put into gear but it doesnt move, but the prop is still there so it must be spinning on the shaft. you need to fix it by next wednesday.

So much for my weekend plans.

That's my plan for next year. My driver's seat will probably have a hole in it by then.

I topped off the front diff today, it took all of the oil that was left in the quart you gave me. Hopefully the oil hasn't been too low for the last couple months.

i suspect he hasnt been up to date on his prop key maintence. the prop and shaft both have a grove that a cooper slug slides in to mate them. it sucks the shaft is an inboard on a sailboat so its like 3' under in the center of the boat...

OK, gotcha. Had an inboard once that had that issue.

I got in on the Wet Okole GB this past week, decent discount for crazy priced seat covers :bananadead: My reasoning being I included the lumbar support which will hopefully make my 1st gen seats barely tolerable for more than a 20 min drive. the most uncomfortable truck seats hands down. I do like me some Carhartt though, those don't look bad

I thought my first gens seats were comfy. I drove down to South Jersey every week for a few months (6-7 hours round trip) and didn't have a problem with them. I had the 60/40 bench.

Now the bench seat in my pre taco was like riding on a brick. That was replaced long ago with 4 runner bucket seats.

I have the Cal-Trend - They're great fitment but durabiliy I'm not so sure.. The driverside is starting to split already and has a few surface mark tears from my keys as I get into the truck in tight spots... But they weren't that expensive - If I were to do it again I would have spend the cash for better ones.

@Noelie84 There's a vendor on the F150 forum selling LED headlight kits at 20% off and it's the well reviewed kit. He's doing a promotion to get his product on Amazon and asked anyone who buys it to leave a review to help get their name out there. To spark interest, he's giving everyone a 20% off discount code, it puts the kit in the $120ish range. Let me know if you want it.

He sells several bulb sizes so if anyone else wants the code, PM me.
