    hah, no chance. New development on the outskirts of Sacramento, borders open fields on 3 sides of the neighborhood. Plus its further away than most csus students choose to live.

    this is the 4th house we've made an offer on. its a hot market right now, most sell within a couple days of being on the market. we offered full asking price, and they don't have any other offers at the moment.

    I sure hope so! Its a tandem 3 car, so its 2 deep by 2 wide. wife told me I could make the 'deep spot' a man cave extension to the garage. already have plans to epoxy the floors and install all new cabinets regardless of which house we get. this would just be icing on the cake.
