Sorry to bring you guys into drama. All this for helping me. I'm sorry.

 

He did kinda call out our whole group that. Our S.O.L.A. group is like a small family, were all humble people and, it felt uncalled-for

 

Thats good to know. A littile on the personal side, but since it was already brought up I caretake for my grandma. Doesnt give anyone a pass on anything.

 

I feel bad because these guys are my friends, not just wheeling friends. It's funny because we used this forum to get help, exactly what it's for and now people are getting called out for helping. I don't get it.

 

Dude Steve dont worry about it its all good. Its not in my nature to bail on people in trouble. Stayed for Ron at Cleghorn too. Ill be honest though, running that trail in the dark was kinda freaking me out. I've never done a night run. Cory was like we gotta go back. Its acutally easier lol. All you see is the trail, no drop offs, its like tunnel vision on whats in front of you.

 

Everybody's saying he's a nice guy. I'm sure he is and probably meant no harm.

If you read that post, you have to admit it's easy to misunderstand his intentions. I just don't know him, to be like, oh that's just randy.

 

I can't imagine Randy would purposely attack anyone. I don't know what he said but I've hung out with him a couple times. Assisted him with a mechanical issue on the trail before. He's guilty of excessive use of emojis sometimes but I'm sure he didn't mean to purposely attack anyone. I've met @Redfive11 before but not the rest of you. You all sound like a loyal group. Wish I still lived in LA at times. I know you guys mentioned not advertising your wheeling trips due to reasons, but one of these days I will find you all and I will wheel with you. Haha. Respect to the whole group. Go Dodgers!

 

Ive never met him either. I think people need to re-read his post in the mind set it isnt him. Then ask themselves if its offensive

 

Very true. Night runs are much easier. As mentioned... Tunnel vision. More terrain can be covered at night. I like to say night is for making time and day is for pictures taking.

I would have been freaked out too. Even with lights I couldn't see very well getting out. I can't imagine going down that trail at night
