    Sprained my right knee jumping up for a block, came down and it gave out on me. Last year it happened to my left knee so i bought a sports brace with hinges and that one has been fine. Now I am walking around with that same brace on my right knee. My knees have always been off, they crack and creek for as long as I can remember. It's the one sport I played and stuck with so I don't plan on stopping just yet.

    Yea married life has been good to me and my belly so the added weight isnt helping. But nope not b-ball, was never very good at it. I play volleyball.
