Get your resume looked at. Not all companies require them anymore now that they've gone to "intelligent" systems focused on keyword recognition.

One of the best things you can do is be willing to constantly re-write your resume based on each application. Match as many of the keywords in the job description as you can. When you upload to the HR site, the system "weighs" your submission and gives it a score. The goal of this exercise is to score high enough to beat some arbitrary threshold that makes the interview list.

Then you kill them on the interview.
