    Yeah. That frame flex is real and can be quite significant. You can see from this picture that the left side was about to touch and the front top gap was closing in and about to touch the front grill. I have the same gap that everyone is showing above.

    Adding shims or spacers will make it look nicer, but you will put additional stress and bending on the mounting bolts when you have to winch or taking an impact from a hard bump. I used to hate that gap, but I have come to term with it after realizing how effective it is when you're out wheeling.

    Who all is running a warn Zeon winch? Any fitment issues with the AC line on the 12'+ Front bumpers? The line is super close to my Zeon 10-S, it fractured the line before, and I replaced it and moved it a bit, but I'm worried that during flexing off road it might hit it again.
