Don't get my truck until next month, so that was very interesting to watch (and made the wait that much harder). Thanks for posting it.

He didn't have the MTS on, that would have sensed the slipping left wheel and braked it, sending power to the right.

I don't know why they are comparing the stock tires (same as on the TRD OR) with KO2s as if they are directly comparable. DuraTrac is the Goodyear equivalent to the BFGs.

Such a good show. Toyota is smart to provide a truck to these guys and tell them actually use it. Nothing worse than reviews from people who have no idea what they are talking about and complain it isn't as cushy as their mini van...

    Thanks for sharing!
Defiantly think ko2's would've been a better choice.

This is the same show that just had a showndown that said the Frontier was the best in the bunch. They dismissed the Colorado because the front lip/wind break was scratching on the rocks. Then they got "stuck" in the taco because they didn't lock the rear end --even though the Frontier went through with its rear diff locked.

The show is okay, but they are shills for these companies for sure.

    Video removed by the user?

...maybe they realized they didn't have the diff locked or something when they got stuck and pulled the video before passing misinformation about what the truck can do?

I feel like this is always their issue. I can't tell if they are just sometimes trying to off road like a beginner to show what it would be like or if they aren't as experienced as they try to say.

These tires could have been better if they deflated them, 40 psi on four corners didn't help on these rocks.

They need to deflate tires, better line, engage lockers when needed and turn off crawl control. The truck can do so much more than what they are showing. Also they could have mentioned the incline with the built in tool...
