    My 2016 SR5 D cab came with 245 75 r16 tires...Can I mount 265 75 r16's on it with no issues? If so, than is the 265 about an inch taller?

    post the pics tomorrow, I am debating some cheep 245/75R17 on the TRD wheels and I'm concerned about the height, unlike the width everyone else is worried about.

    No pics (yet ) but they look great and there is NO issue with the fit on stock suspension...

    The 245/75R17's I have access to are General Graber HTS wish they were the AT2. Still worth it I guess when I can get 4 for just over the price of 1

    Yeah, I paid $177.49 per tire at a local place here in VT.....Still cheaper than the BFG KO2's...and I feel they have better traction than the BFG's also....

    Funny you say so, the other cheep option I have are the BFG rugged trail, the step down from KO2, just like the HTS being the step down from the Graber. The reviews on the rugged trail aren't that great, I would blame that on the name.

    The BFG Rugged trails came stock on an old ford ranger I had. OK for around town and class 3/4 roads. Not good for trails or snow..

    Rugged trails are stock tires on a lot of tires and p metric, so they get a bad review from the get go. Any tire over the OEM tire is a huge step up.

    The General Grabbers are still a great winter tire as you can stud them, the KO2 you cannot.

    Why no love for the general tires? All I hear is BFG the tires to get. But I watched enough YouTube videos of expeditions with generals and there loved and seen great reviews online. So what am I missing?
