Installed Rugged II Hard Tri-Fold tonneau. A little annoying to install, but not bad. Not totally sure where exactly it should fit as far as front to back goes. Tailgate closes, but not sure how water/dusttight it actually is until the bed dries up and I drive in rain. Gives me the look I wanted though. Screwy clamp things could use a little more length to them, and a stopper at the end so if you loosen them too much that they won't fall apart.

Installed my new grill on thursday, as well as finally getting a 2nd set of OPT7 LEDs in the high beams

And used it at a truck, ~1500lbs of block to redo our fire pit

They aren't "perfect" (neither was my installation), but at $8 shipped for a set of four (via Amazon), I'm not complaining.

They do nicely match the Inferno when the sun hits it. [edit to add full shots]

Debadged/removed TRD Sport decals and added TRD "Hook Em edition" matte black carbon fiber (I made em)

Already removed front air dam, swapped interior and license plate lights with LEDs...will be having a yardsale as soon as the dealer removes my aftermarket suspension and wheels from the old truck.

 

Installed Front License Plate mount by MetrickMetal.
Also note partial painted grill - horizontal bars and logos are still chrome.
Installed chrome fog light bezels from the Limited.

 

Why not move everything over to the new truck?

 

Most stuff will fit. Definitely keeping the wheels, although not sure if dark bronze with jive with silver. Thoughts?

 

Everything will move over in terms of springs and shocks. The bronze may look better on the silver than you think. One way to find out!

 

Think I wanna go with an OME 885/886 spring instead of the Eibachs. Those bastards were stiff as hell. Anyway, minimal cost to switch.

 

Look into the 888 Not sure what shocks you have but from what I've read, they offer 3" on a 5100 set at 0 which is hard to beat.

 

All Tacoma radios, actually.

That may or may not get fixed.. those issues weren't listed in the official fix list. Most updates have a ton of Bluetooth fixes too, though.
