I was in the process of doing the black headlight mod and thougt about doing the CHLM, I tried to search this and failed. I am thinking about just removing the reflectors and that yellowish lense and putting them back together totally chrome. Look at my truck, It has a chrome grille shell so this might look good and be different. however i would like to see a pic. Any help on this would be awesome. Thanks

Yup I did that on my black truck for about 2 years when I had chrome rims. I liked it until I bought black rims. You going to leave yours that way?

Don't you have to have reflectors in them to be legal?

You can get away with murder here in good ol KY, Ive never had trouble with anything that i have ever done ( knock on wood ). As long as you don't act like an idiot and draw attention to yourself, or have a meth lab in your bed, your usually oK.

whent ahead and did the black thing. I think the chrome would have looked just as good but then i would just be wanting to take them apart and spray them black, now i can stop thinking about it. I guess it's like they say, once you go black you never go back.
