Anyone have an MOE upper? I never considered these because they looked like the std plastic cheap hanguard. Was at PSA the other day, they had this one or very similar one for 250, or 350 cant remember. This is ss barrel, that one was not. This psa store said they honor the website pricing in store, other stores dont. It was the one in columbia off 77 at farrow road i think. I guess you can attach rails to this type

Don't buy that. They're always that price. No special deal there. Shitty barrel and cheap plastic handguard. Wait and a better deal will come along. Free floated uppers are the better way to go. It makes it easier to upgrade in the future.

I have a MOE hand guard on one of my builds - it's not shitty, but it's nothing compared to the free float rails I have on the others.

Plus they're a pain in the ass to attach rails and stuff to them.

Not really set on anything. My first, i just want tombuild something decent that shoots and not in any hurry, checking stuff out at this point, gaining kmowledge and ideas
