I am located in southeast MO but am willing to travel 400 miles one way for a small fee (gas) to get these sold.

Rats , I am only 121 miles from you or so . Its a good deal but I really only want a wheel and tire for a spare . If I get to wear my tires out without a flat , yours will be too old to use when i need new ones . there are others looking for just one , maybe it will work out .
