I went 80 in 5th up that hill a few weeks ago... :D

How long did you run your 7th before tuning it? There is def no place here to tune, and I think I am not getting the fuel I need...

Probably a stupid question but never noticed this until it started making noise. Wtf is blowing air underneath the passenger seat? Turned my truck on and thought it was static coming through the speakers but it was this:

    IMG_2984.jpg

The sound is driving me crazy. Turned AC on/off multiple times thinking maybe it was that. Am I dumb?

I went thru that same experience a few days ago.

it baffled the hell out of me, I had just installed my rear bumper and im like WTF did the rear bumper installation have to do with that noise?

My household has 5 cars and none of them have front plates. Never once have I been hasseled. Might be different in San Diego as opposed to Riverside

I'm aware it's required. I just don't have one. 4 years and 50,000 miles of use and I've never been pulled over in California.

Thanks for the heads up. They are definitely aware not having the plate is illegal. No problems so far. Same goes for the nearly limo front windows :spy:

Alright guys. Need your feedback. Pic dump below.

Looks clean on the inside. Seats in good shape. Engine compartment looks good. No rust in the undercarriage. Transmission shifted fine, 4wd engaged quickly as did the rear diff locker. I did notice that the rear carpet was wrinkled at the base of the backseat and it look like maybe some of the trim had been repainted. Also it seems like there is a slight shimmy when accelerating but I was only able to do one loop to a parking lot to test drive. He said everything mechanical we top notch but it just needed a tune up.

    Again it's a 1996 Ltd. 4wd 126k miles he's asking $5,500.

    What do you guys think?
