Any Intel on the dealer service getting shafted on routine maintenance work?

I hadn't heard so i called mountain states, since I'd rather have average Joe there work on it than non-Jace at Stevenson, but their next appointment is November 17th.

The last non-Jace at Stevenson didn't know how to drop the spare tire...

Not really, pre-paid plans kinda suck but they are not really too bad. Most warranty work is sub par, but pay is pay if it is slow. Warranty mainly sucks when you could be doing better paying work. Generally warranty doesn't pay you the full amount of time to do a job, unless you have done a bunch of that one job to get fast at it.

So is the 30k maintenance considered warranty work or is it something else if it's under the 2 year Toyota care maintenance.

The 30k is past the Toyota factory paid maintenance. Toyota covers maintenance to 25k and 30k you are on your own unless you purchased more

Quick update for anyone that cares...

Spoke with toytec this morning about my incorrect shocks. They were able to confirm that they ordered the correct ones and that the manufacturer shipped them the wrong ones which they then gave to me. Manufacturer is currently building the correct ones and I should have them in hand in a week or so.
