So I ask my girlie if she wants to go... "That's too easy, not enough trees and too short!" So, lets find one where we can satisfy her off roading needs - she did like the Sierra National Forest

as for pics I think its just going to be a easy drive down the main trail. I could be tempted to do some bypasses if I find someone to run them with.

your woman only goes if its black diamond and there is risk of body damage.

 

She's saying "that's not me!" - She likes what I would call intermediate trails - like what we did in AZ. She like the woods too! and if there's food involved? Count her in!!!

 

I just think it would be way too dangerous to do any bypasses after the rain last week, even if you're a locked 4x4 with armor.

 

I am just looking to get out of da house for a few hours. enjoy this beautiful morning. I love these clear cold mornings. plus the shit coffee at the pv gas station is calling my name. I need to check out pine valley one of these days.

Well I drove over there this morning. And it was definitely open. All signs were down. Were good to go

 

I ll see you guys out there I gotta go get the truck ready.

Probably about 50 minutes dude.

Came home early to drink beer and watch football.
Coral Canyon was closed so we went on a trail down the road that Doug knew. 200 yards up the trail a couple of boulders had slid into the road. Doug strapped it to his truck and pulled one out of the way. It cleared a spot but left a nice jagged rock waiting for a unlucky person to hit.
They made it and I took off with Derek.
