    To me personally...

The BS over deflated footballs is just sickening. Enough already. The selective enforcement of it upsets me especially.

The whole taking a knee thing irks me as well.

I love my football but it seems to be getting to be more of a sideshow a la WWF back in the day.

Who's still talking about deflated footballs..?

Seems like you're the only one bringing it up in this thread.. The BS would be over if Pats fans would quit crying about it every time a suspension for something entirely unrelated is handed out.

OK, let's be clear. I am not the Pats rumpswab who used to post in here.

My feeling all along has been the team should be punished, not the player unless he was caught redhanded doing it. I also feel that Aaron Rodgers, who talked openly about overinflating the balls, should have come under similar scrutiny.

The 4 game suspension being upheld and served was in the news recently of course, which is what I mean. It has been talked about in the media quite a bit and honestly I think the league could have handled it better.

What I'm getting at is it's an example of what I'm sick of. The league is becoming less about the game, as I listed examples of.

Correct, you aren't nearly as bad as 650 was. But if you go and look through this thread since the start of the season you're the only one still trying to talk about Brady and his balls.. which is the point I was making. If pats fans would just let it gooooo then it could've been over and done with ages ago.

Now if those same fans wanna ignore the fact that deflatgate dragged on so long because of the pretty boy himself and direct their misplaced anger at the NFL and quit watching football games? Well thats just really amusing

OK if you mean I mention it here, I'll agree with you. What's done is done and I'm just sick of hearing about it in the media from anyone. I do think both sides could have handled it a little better.

I'm not going to stop watching over it but I do think the league as a whole is getting stagnant as someone said here before. I think the London games are a pet peeve of mine but some of the stupid rule changes every year are what really irk me.

Thursday Night Football is a joke. They should have it so the two geams playing just got off a bye. Short week is not fair for the players.

They should also think about teams from diff divisions and diff parts of the country. That way you have more people interested in the game, and not just a region and fantasy players

Makes sense. And if they must have a London game, make that the case as well..or give them the bye right after the game.

Like I said, it's just still all over the media and I'm beyond sick of it.

Honestly, if Brady was caught redhanded I'd say throw the book at him.

But again, this is just an example of how the game itself is taking a backseat in general and why I feel the league is getting stale.

Maybe its all over the media on the least coast, but I can't remember the last time I saw any kind of article specifically about deflate gate.

I don't know about the least coast but I do know once again it's all over this thread and there's only one reason why.
