Anyone know the answer to this? Could you add new coils from OME and a leaf pack to get up to 3" of lift while keeping the stock Fox's?

    Thanks,

Great looking truck! I am one too, that much prefers the white over cement on the Pro. The contrast between the white and black looks awesome!

    Nobody knows?

Okay...who's going to be the first TRD PRO owner to take the side badges off?

    Later.

That's probably exactly what should be on the PRO and maybe the OR from the factory.

How often does Toyota release a TRD Pro version of the Tacoma?

Wish I knew about the coils as well cause I could go for a little more lift! However the. I'd probably want new tires all over again.

Love this truck! Feels great in any situation I've been in so far. Torque isn't quite there just have to get used to pushing the gas pedal down. I've gotten used to that already! I don't think power is as bad as everyone is saying but to each their own. I've got an old 911 to drive fast anyways.

Really like this truck more so than the Colorado. Power only thing it beats it on and towing. Everything else I like the taco!!! Besides not having remote start!!!!! Unbelievable Toyota.

Should be taking off-road this weekend finally to a trail having a big rock climbing competition. Won't be in it but will be hitting the trails quite annoy to see what this thing can do.

    Report back!!!

I'll try to get some action shots soon!

    Jeeps owned:
    96 Grand lifted on SSR
    CJ5 lifted 33's
    TJ lifted 35's
JK Rubicon OME lift on 35's

JK was a unbelievable jeep. With a quality lift you will retain the factory ride maybe even better.
Totally two different worlds though between jeep with open top and a Taco.
JK was great on the street and could handle any trail I wanted to go on with lockers winch etc.

New interior of the Taco is quite nice I think! With the pro lift on the KO2 it rides just fine almost like nothing changed from factory. Power band is about the same however I had 6 speed in the JK.

Can't go wrong with either I'd say. Depends on what your looking for. If more off-road deff the JK. I had entire tub line x so I could just spray out inside and be done.

Daily driver I'd prefer the Taco just for the ease of driving and still relatively small size. Plus I like having a bed to throw stuff in.

I agree white looks good. But where are all the Barcelona Red TRD PROs? I thought that was a color as well for 2017 PROs.

They are around...One or two guys on here have picked up the BR Pro. The color disparity between the three seems to be equaling out with regard to production.

I'm really interested in your comparison/opinion of the drivability between the diesel and the 3.5. I have driven diesels over the years and loved them. I like my current 4.0 also. I am worried that I wouldn't like the 3.5. I'm thinking if I traded today I would lean toward the GMC canyon 2.8.

I tend to buy vehicles for the motor rather than the chassis. I drove dodges for years for the Cummins an put up with the cheap components. I also enjoy my harley...same kind of thing. I'm am really worried I would be disappointed in the 3.5.
