2002 Tacoma 4WD Build

I just cleaned them and bedlined them.

 

Nice. Sounds easy enough, just looked at your fender flare pics and they look great as well!

 

I wiped them down real well with wax and grease remover and then one of tac cloths and bedlined. no primer

i have my plastic cut exactly like yours and im getting some weird wind noise down there on the highway

 

Interesting, Ill be driving on the highway tomorrow and Ill report back if i get some wind noise.

Drove up to about 75mph and I'm not getting any wind noise.

 

Hmmmm idk what it is then.

 

So far it has been holding up great

 

How did you mount the reservoirs?

 

Right to the frame, come with self tapping screws.

@Delta00 I just did my Tundra brake upgrade. i have to say I am pretty happy with it. How is your pedal travel after doing the upgrade?

 

I feel like it traveled maybe just a bit further after I first did it. Then a week later I re bleed the brakes on all 4 corners and it seemed to help get all of the air out and pedal travel seemed to be on par with stock.

 

Great I will give that a try. It does feel like it is using a bit more travel. Thanks.

Haha I suck. After I put my wheels on I said oh I should have taken pics.

Next time the wheels come off maybe I can remember.

 

My petal seems to travel the same distance as before. I don't notice the difference in braking unless I really stomp on them, in which case I think I can nearly kiss the ground with my front bumper!
