I likes da spooky. If you ever make it out this way, I'll have to take you to Hollywood Forever. They do lawn screenings of movies there. Some random 80s flicks here and there, but the classics are great to watch in that environment, Boris KarloFf, Bela Lugosi, Vincent Price etc...

Hate to say it but......there isn't much color left on the trees out here.
We have had wind honking for days. And that added with rain means that everything that had changed, is off.

 

I think Drew has one too. It was very useful having them on the last run we went on. Expecially when on some main roads and someone missed a light or something. We were able to give directions while we moved on or let people know we need to slow up.
Mines just a radio shack special, think I paid 20 bucks for it. best part it just plugs into a 12volt source cig lighter.

 

Yup.. it snowed up here today. Not what I wanted to come back to after spending the last couple days in North Carolina.

 

Doc, lunch for me all depends on what time it is when we stop. if it's close to 2 or before, we'll be there if after we may have to make out getaway. sorry not more helpful.

 

Cam and I are rockin CB's, I think Tony is as well? maybe we CBer's can get spread out in the group to cover sections of rigs that don't have them? just a thought.. but I think your right, prolly be just fine staying close

I think they have it blocked off from where the pavement ends in Lenox up to the reservoir. At least they did a month or so ago.

Will check that in the next couple days. I was hoping to come down through there from the cemetery.

 

Could may be take the fork and go down Schermerhorn Rd to Roaring Brook Rd, but that has gates so they may have closed them for the season.

 

Was planning to head up that way to the cemetery then back out to Whitney.
I will check it out tomorrow after work. I don't want to get down that road and have to turn 12 trucks around.
That would suck donkey balls.

 

Yeah, makes sense.

First-hand experience shows that turning just one DCLB around on a narrow road can be a chore.
