My wife's new Tacoma has the trifold hard bed cover.
It needs some sort of bed divider/organizer.
I've searched the interwebs and looked at tons of products. Baskets, shower curtain-like rods, drawers, netting...

Any recommendations? Something that's easily removed?

Yeah, there's a factory one, but it's about $270-$300 ish. Attaches with large round rubber coated knobs.

Bed accessories? You mean like Handcuffs and Blindfolds:D:rolleyes:

Build something. You probably will end up with something more functional than a cookie cutter product that's designed to fit everybody else.

I have an OEM bed mat -- keeps stuff from sliding around.

I also picked up a $20 cargo bar from harbor freight.

The two together are doing everything I need in terms of keeping stuff where it needs to be.

Edit: here's the cargo bar I got. $22 before using one of the ubiquitous 20% off coupons. There are probably better ones out there but this one does what I need it to do and I've not wished for it to be different.

The oem bed extender works great for keeping stuff in place. I also have a bed mat.

I have the OEM bed divider. Paid around $200 for it.

    IMG_1498.jpg

    IMG_1499.jpg

Easily pops out from the brackets
    IMG_1500.jpg

Attaches to the rails, it slides and tightens with the knobs. Should clear the folding cover your wife has.

I use a bed extender, it holds my groceries in place and I hang my drying towel on it after I wash my truck.

I have been meaning to get one of those HF bars. Good to hear it's worth the $20 bucks

Agreed. Bed Extender is very useful on these trucks, especially DCSB models.

    This^^

I was considering the OEM one, but for the money I just couldnt do it.

So far the cheap version is working great.

Can you tell me how much clearance is at the bottom? From the bed divider to the bed floor? I have a Bakflip and it lowers the factory rails by about an inch. Cannot find the clearance anywhere. Thanks a million.

Knobs stick up... but I read here in another thread you could flip the mounts upside down and it'd work. Probably best to get confirmation though either via someone posting or via search.

It does, I use it together with factory tri fold. No issues. Just cant put the clamp part too close to the latches on the cover. The rubber feet on the cover can rest on the pointy parts of cleats and still latch.

I dont even use the knobs on mine. Just flip the mounts and the divider drops in.
