    The only thing I was permitted to do to my wife's car was to replace the hideous grille with a stock black one. Oh, and replace the wiper blades when they wore out. Prefer the Tacoma as my daily even though it rides and is equipped like a farm implement by comparison.

    I got worse....

    Seller backed out of the offer, already. I've been trying for a whopping 24hrs to try and calm down.

    They emailed us yesterday morning "we're signing your offer, lada dady da".. STOKED.

    by close of business our Realtor hadn't gotten the signed offer back. Shortly After got an email saying they got a full cash offer email to the extent of "hey bud, got a cash offer, will keep you posted"

    We think they're playing games, trying to get us to offer above asking. They're in Pre-Foreclosure, They dropped the price 10k last week, no offer till ours. On top of that, our offer was 72 hours, they waited 96+ and asked for an extension on monday, gave it to them, they accepted tuesday. (Clearly waiting to see if an offer came in over the weekend). Now they got a "full cash offer"? Lol doubt it. We told them they had till 9pm last night (additional 4 hrs) or we walk..

    Waiting for them to come back to us, as the house is still listed as 'active' as of 2 minutes ago on MLS.

    I hate greedy people.
