    I took her in today to get her fixed. They did the test before the surgery and found she was sick. It was contagious and couldn't honestly bring her to the neighborhood and possibly infect the other cats. Couldn't take her back to work, since the boss didn't like her being there - she hissed at a student (all grown ups btw) So she had to go somewhere and I had no where to take her.... I feel so bad. She might have been feral, but I was going to work on it and maybe tame her....

    I'm sorry you had to go through that and sorry I had to ask and bring it up again. People always ask me how someone who hunts as much as I do can feel so bad for animals? It's entirely different I passed a deer suffering in the road the other night surrounded by people and it broke my heart. Most animals are innocent and I can't stand seeing them hurt. Except snakes for some reason that doesn't really bother me. Keep your chin up and realize you did more for her than anyone probably ever had even what you had to end up doing was an act of kindness and compassion god bless you
