A factory piece would not use wire taps and spade connectors. Good grief.

That looks to be about where the ID2 connector would sit (2nd gen 09+ I believe). I think there was wire there that could be tied into an electronic brake controller for a trailer. Just a thought.
Did the truck come witha towpackage?

I'm glad you mention the slider... I wouldn't of tried that.

    It's not the rear slider...

pretty sure it will be heated seats or for a usb/cig adapter on the back of the Console of it has either added. Not much else they would run under the carpet to the center console besides those

Yes it does have a tow package bit why would it go behind the drivers going to
EXACTLY... with as much traffic this has got, I'm thinking someone else would have seen this if it was factory. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

I don't have the fuse .... but I am admiring the quality of the wiring ... I'm kind of concerned about the location. I would guess none of this stuff should get wet. It also stinks like a IMG_7409.jpg melted VHS tape under here.

It's not anything for the factory tow package

Unless your fording a river or have a serious leak that's not going to get wet. And if it does, you have a bigger problem

    LS1 swap with nitros.
I'm amazed they tapped a 18 gauge wire with a 10 gauge lead. What could possible go wrong?

IMG_7410.jpg It's not uncommon for me to drive in water up to the door handles in my other two vehicles.

Anything unexpected behind the rear seats like a dealer installed sub or anything?
