I left a message for my sales guy, if you can have the Nittos on when I come pick up the truck tomorrow morning, I will take them, if not I will save myself about 150 bucks and go else where.

Honestly, I worked them pretty hard on the truck price so I will eat the 150 bucks knowing they put them on, so if something is screwed up its them I am dealing with.

the truth, tractor tires don't fair well on the highway or arent the most mpg efficient, but they look cool that's about it. getting the best of all worlds cool and efficient would be the Michelin LTX AT2

Michelin car tires seem to be not as long wearing as the LTX LT tires I had Michelin tires on my Honda accord when I bought it new in 2006 and they didn't last long either , went to Continental tires for it they seem ok as far as wear

I had 3 sets of Michelin LTX M/S on my 1997 Single cab 4x4 2.7L....They were the 31x10.50's......Every set lasted close to 100,000 miles....Last set only had about 50,000 miles because I sold the truck.

They rode nice, smooth and quite and I got excellent gas mileage with them. I didn't off-road much but they were ok, not great, but ok in the snow.

Now I don't think I'll get that kind of mileage out of the set on my 2016 because the truck weighs 1,000 lbs. more than the '97 but to me I've had nothing but good things to say about the LTX M/S and I'll stick with them to see how they wear on this truck.

Before my "tractor tires" i had Michelin LTX M/S 2's and they were freaking awesome tires. Quiet, smooth, great handling, and did well on the snow/ice we had last year (which was meager at best).

The M/S 2 was discontinued and replaced by the "LTX Defender". Same tread, slightly different compound.

I have 10k on my Nittos, no problems with dirt, sand, pavement or the wet, still waiting to drive them in the snow but I don't anticipate any problems. I run them in 265/70/17 on stock suspension with no rubbing on my OR. I also don't have an airdam or mudguards either.

The TGs are also the OEM tire on the 4runner Pro.

I"ve had BFG AT's, Hankook Dynapro's and Now have Falken Wildpeak AT's. My vote is for the Falken's!!! They look and drive great and are so affordable!
