OK guys have a question,I would like to raise my truck's front end by an inch or two and already have 5100's and toytech 650 lb. Coils on , set at stock height and was thinking about compressing the springs to pull the retainer ring and making the adjustment. Would I have to go get another alignment after making this adjustment?

 

I would. Anytime you change something up front it may change some angles
