Will 50 inch light bar brackets from Relentless Fabrication and a 50 inch curved light bar from Amazon work with these?? In the website it said that it "may" work with other light bars the same size. I have a 1st gen tacoma and I have seen videos of people making custom ones for 50 inch but they made them wide. I'm not sure if it's the same thing with the relentless ones...

I have relentless brackets and a 52in curves from eBay and it works on my 2nd gen.

Hopefully it works. Im not sure if the roof on the 2nd gens are wider that's why it was able to fit but if a 52" can fit on those brackets I shouldn't sweat it then

I would go with a 42". 52" and 50" are essentially the same size, some just give a different measurement because they measures in different locations(bracket vs lights). I think they look funky that big on 1st gens imo.

I think so too and i also hardly see any 1st gens with a light bar that big. 42" sits just right. hopefully the company lets me swap out the brackets for the smaller ones..

You really should get a 42. You're not gaining much with a few extra inches. Plus it just looks silly imo. 50 Is pushing it. 52 Is just, wrong. Granted some 50's can be cheaper. And may be a better option if you are on a tight budget. Mostly because 50's are more popular and in higher demand as they fit a lot of other vehicles, or it seems that way anyways. 42's are kinda limited to 1st gen tacos I think. 42 really is a perfect fit and look. Imo.

What bar are you looking at getting?

I agree. I was just really rushing to get the thing and I didn't know about this website lol but i been digging through it and the 42" sits real nice. the problem is that i have already ordered the brackets from relentless fab. for a 50" light bar as well as the actual light bar from Amazon. Hopefully i can get them returned for a 42" setup. I plan on getting one maybe from amazon as i just really want it for the looks.
