I did a LOT of measuring and figuring. In the end I called Eric with my findings and he verified it should be good to go. I didn't write anything down and don't remember the #'s anymore. I just know it's much better than the stock setup

I need a forklift. It won't droop all the way without stuffing the other side. Bring over your forklift and we'll measure together

Eric @ARCHIVE , Timmy is no help to me. Are the Billy B110's long enough to manage the full Dakars at full droop with the 5" shackle flip kit?
I need a answer soon, before I shell out some cash for a forklift...

... or a mound of dirt.

Read all 33 pages (yes, I'm a speed reader). Eric @ARCHIVE just introduced the the 5" shackle a few weeks ago. He doesn't mention if the B110's have enough extension to deal with the added 1-2" of droop from the 5" shackle.
By the time he wakes up in the morning, he should have at least 5 alerts that I've tagged him on this. LOL

LOL, what's going on in here? I think those 27.25 will be too short to max the spring droop out with 5" shackles and 4" shackles as well. The problem is the compressed length greater than 16" with shocks longer than that. Mail me a blank check to be my first customer for shock relocation to make me work on it.

    Wait. Hold on.
Tim has the B110's and Full Dakars and he has a high likelihood of hyper-extending his shocks with his current Archive 4" shackle flip setup?

I dunno, it looked to me like the Bilsteins on Tims truck are maxed out. You can try to find longer Bilsteins, just watch the compressed length, you might need to space your bump stops. This is why the shock relocation is needed

We have the same '05 DCSB. I think you start working on your relo kit ASAP. You have the perfect test bed. LOL.
