Passenger side of engine bay you will see a tube coming out of the firewall. It's only a couple inches long. That's your AC drain.

Like others I just extended it downward and secured it so it drains on the ground.

You can't get new ball joints from Toyota alone, only complete arms. You can buy bushings separate though.

Wow that frame has a list price of $3474.71 but can get for $2675.53. Makes me want to build a Tacoma myself. I wonder if since it is a regular single cab the other frames are bigger?? Inquiring minds want to know....

I noticed like mine, they didn't install the plug kit. Not sure they're doing it on any frame replacements, but these get installed on trucks that get the CRC applied, and also come on newer trucks from the factory. Do yourself a favor, and order this kit ($35).

    http://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth.com/oe-toyota/0400207104

It keeps most of the salty water from entering the frame, which is what caused the problem in the first place.

I also included the instructions on placement of the plugs. They're actually the instructions for trucks that got the CRC applied, with the last step being to install the plugs.

If they replaced the arms then they most likely replaced the ball joints with them

The frame replacement comes with new lower control arms including the bushings and ball joint, new fuel lines & brake lines that run in the frame only, does not include the rubber lines that go to the front calipers or the rear end, but includes the new "chain" style spare tire holder.
Anything else that you want to know about the frame replacement, just ask as I had mine replaced in august.
RE: the stealership said it was about 12, 13 grand in parts & labor for the replacement and they did it in 3 days.

How are you guys getting this done after the service campaign? I'm guessing back ordered parts?

    Thanks.
The brake lines that run along the frame, do they go to the master cylinder under the hood without a joint? I ask because the previous owner replaced a line, and made some ugly coils trying to replicate factory brake lines where they go into the master cylinder.

I literally bought the truck and drove it across the street to the Toyota dealer for frame replacement so I'm not as familiar with this 2nd gen as I was with my 1st gen I recently sold.
