About 100 feet back from the top? That's where i camped last time, i think there was a small fire ring. If the skies are clear, get your ass up around 2 and check out the skies.

Or skip sleeping and school the lady on her spotting skills. Going down is when i did a lot of frame bumping, including resting on the crossmember and stacking a few rocks to not end up ripping off the tactical Toyota exhaust system.

I got talked into going out in CoSprings to a club. Reminds me why I never do this. But the scenery is nice.

I'm down to 3 bolts holding the skid plate's on. I had to zip tie it on yesterday because it rattled a bit.

That's the number of houses being built down the street from me. That number doesn't take into account the "living spaces" (apartments) being built across the street from said development.

Have the developers ever been woken up or hit the floor after hearing gunshots close by? Have the developers ever heard the police helicopter fly over? Have the developers shit themselves after having police run through their backyards looking for suspects? Have the developers been carjacked at gunpoint? Have the developers had crackheads hanging out in their yards? Have the developers considered the continual traffic crashes due to drunk/high/distracted driving in the area? Are the developers' insurance rates going to increase thanks to this? Did the developers petition for increased and improved infrastructure to help with the increased body count?

Do the developers even reside in Colorado?

"What is none of the above?" for 500, Alex.

Developers don't give a shit about ruining Colorado cause the millennials are flocking here like goth-cakes and the ROI is insane.

It's not the millennials, it's that everywhere else is worse or more crowded or both. The secret about the mountains is out and there's no going back sadly. I just hope when I finish school and move to the Western slope I can have 10-20 years before the surge of people catches up to me.

    People.

People crave money no matter the group or country they align with. If money is the catalyst that will bring it down, then America should have been a smoldering ruin long ago.

Honestly, I don't mind people coming to Denver. I get it. Hell, I've only been here for 8 years and the development that I live in is younger than that. However, when my development was built: the Denver metro area wasn't growing exponentially; it was in a low-population density area; it was in a largely undesirable area. Simply put, it was low-impact (although the local wildlife population may have a different opinion on this).

Building 698 houses in an area that can't support the population it has is irresponsible and unfair to those that already live there.

Take that square footage, put it in Cap Hill, remove the HVAC, and you can sell it for $350k.
