Exactly. Ill probably get some new rotors and have my stock rotors turned at my uncles machine shop and see just how warped they really were. If it all still shakes then im going to try to have toyota do something about it since they passed it off as rotors twice while i was still within waranty. I looked out the window when it was shaking really bad yesterday and the wheels were shaking left and right too. Could a bad alignment cause this if the wheels were duckfooted?

    Some stuffz
Tried engaging 4wd to see if it goes away? If so, I'd take off the front wheels and spin them by hand. Look for uneven wear of the brake pads, pad rubbing, or listen for a grinding noise that could be a bad wheel bearing. 2015 seems pretty new for these problems but :notsure:

I thought it was alignment too on mine. It wasn't. It could also be a bad caliper. That's what happened to mine. There are two Pistons on your calipers that apply pressure evenly on your break pads to your rotor when you push your brakes. One of my calipers was bad. What happened was one piston was working the other was not. This cause an uneven pressure to be applied from my brake pads to my rotor. This caused my brake pads to wear unevenly and in turn warp my rotor. Do your self a favor pull your front wheels off and look at your break pads. You will be able to visually see if they are wearing unevenly. This will be a tell tell sign. When you hit your brakes does your truck pull to one side as well? This is another tell tell sign.

I went OEM. I'm sure other members can chime in on non OEM brands that may be comparable or better and at a better price point. If it is a caliper issue it should be covered under warranty I would imagine. It's a safety issue.

Sounds to me like a bad caliper which probably warped your rotor. Those were exact symptoms I had on my truck. Constant vibrations. More noticeable at certain speeds more so than others. When I would hit my breaks. The steering wheel would shake, the truck would shake and pull to the right. It was very annoying.

Found a matching spare wheel, 40$ with some ok rubber on it. swapped my spare tire onto it. was looking for a cheap steelie for a 2nd spare but this popped up on CL. now I can strap my extra spare onto the roof rack for backcountry trips. I got a flat on a trip and had to be super cautious til I got to town.
I was surprised to find my '15 TRD spare had no TPMS, whereas my 07 SR5 did.

Problem with many dealers is they don't care about the customer. They will always have business.

Yeah it wouldn't hurt. I'd do a self check on the break pads too for uneven wear. I'm fairly confident you are having the same issue I did. I bought new caliper, break pads and rotor. Problem was solved. It was only the drivers side too btw. The passenger side was fine. I went through alignment shops. Thinking I had a bent rim. To finally self investigating and fixing.
