    well I guess I'll stick to the topper for awhile then...

    would be nice to have a light weight semi rigid one that rolls up quickly on a track into a box under the toolbox while having the toolbox be fairly large and fully useable with the tonnue in both the open and closed positions...
    but that may be asking too much of them. and if they made it i am sure they would be asking too much for my current pay rate...

    Does anyone tell me whom sale skid plates for a double cab? 1st owner abuse them and are bend and the secondary thin skid plate for differential has a hole of rust already, recomendations?

    Suspension, 33s, some armor... Rust, Gray wire and 2Low, and more. T4r is stock.
    First, there are several threads about skids on this forum, just search around a bit. I'm sure you will find a vendor or member with what you want.
    Second, the skids are the same for Standard Cab, ExCab, & DC... It doesn't matter.
    Third, the stock skids are thin, bend and rust easily. If you plan any serious off roading you may want to upgrade them anyway.

    Apologies in advance for not knowing anything, being new. I just got my 2001 DC and am looking to put on a cage over the tailgate for larger hauling jobs. The kind that rotates to be inside the closed tailgate when not in use. Would someone please tell me what those are called or even better suggest where to get one? I assume a mod for the mount is necessary...

    Because 99% of my driving is on the hwy and I wanted to keep a smooth ride. I thought about SAS but I'm pretty happy with it now. I'll probably go to some king could overs later on to get a little better ride. It's fine for now though.

    i agree if you do 99% highway driving IFS is the way to go only i wouldn't spend the money on king's in my opinion i thins SAW builds a damn good coil over and the cost is much less.

    yeah I've been really happy with both sets of Sway-A-ways (SAW) that I've run.

    In other news no good dead goes unpunished. pulled out a stuck power stroke over the weekend buried to his doors. bent his class 5 receiver and the strap slipped off the ball then took out the tailgate and window. we flipped the receiver over and got the job done.
