I will be opening my GoPro out of the box for this first time this afternoon to mess around and get it updated and running. Also just literally got some mounting accessories in the mail. Any music you would prefer? Lol

All kidding aside, I prefer no music if it is cut and edited footage. I like just hearing the sounds of the truck and nature. Maybe a few clips of music here and there. I like the way Ronny Dahl usually does it. For extended unedited Go Pro footage, I would say some sort of neutral electronic music.

Tell me what you think of it after you play with it a bit. II'm like 75 % sold on it cause I do a lot of bow hunting and I really want to start trying to video some stuff. You wouldn't believe some of the wicked awesome shit you see in the woods without major human intrusion. Also I'd like to make some you tube vids as well .

No shit there man. I once when I was stand I had a hawk land on a tree branch not 10 feet away and stare me right in the eyes! Up there with my top 5 moments in the woods.

They can come in handy for sure. Although mine is an older one so the quality could be better unfortunately but I think it'll be fine. My cousin bow hunts and has made some YouTube vids, not sure how much he uses his GoPro with them. Been a while since I checked them out but the GoPro is what got him started on that, you should check his channel out. Schafers traditional archery

Thinking of maybe trying to get something in before the weather gets too crazy....and now I think I can gauge time better. :anonymous:

Maybe hit north county spots that the DPT2016 didn't get to, with scenic stops (no cemeteries, we'll save those) along the way.
    Windsor and Savoy state forests.
There are some great ravines/waterfalls in each forest.
I keep announce it here if I can get something together in time and have the time. :hattip:

I've been planning a trip for this coming Sunday (11/6) at Nepaug State Forest in this thread. We have about 6-8 Tacomas and a few Jeeps ready to go. Are you available that day?

Nice. I saw that that might be happening. Just looked it up....only an hour and 20 away from me. Will have to check "the calendar" :ballchain:to see if I can make it. I think I would be hung with two weekends in a row, but we'll see.
Still want to get that CB in too. Think I have a good list to go from for what I want to throw in.
