It won't matter if you have new tires, come anyway. You'll have fun in your truck, and can ride with other people if you don't feel comfortable doing anything in your truck. There are always open seats.

 

Depending if the park is open or not I may have to ride with someone haha

 

I'm stock, make payments for 5 more years, and pay full coverage insurance. The problem is that I'd be too comfortable trying something I shouldn't, hence the reason I don't ride motorcycles. I like to live.
Just figure that tires would help all that.

 

if you're about to do something REALLY stupid that will 100% damage something important....the group will be kind enough to tell you youre a "fuckin idiot" which should be your cue to not do it...haha

 

gideon will probably reiterate this, but 1. don't underestimate a stock truck. 2. do the driver mod; i.e: be confident in yourself and your driving ability. 3. listen to others, if you're in a hairy spot, a spotter will direct you. 4. have fun.

I totally understand where you're coming from as I've been there myself. like jeremy said, if you're about to fuck up, we'll tell you; and also, no one will make you do anything you're not comfortable with doing.

 

Well, I'm not going to drive the 6 hour trip and NOT get it muddy or climb a hill, I will say that much. Again, I'm afraid I'll barely make it though winter, let alone go 4-wheel uphill and through mud with my current tires. That would be a stupid decision.

 

I hear ya. my tires are shit too. I'm going to try to put a new set on, but the wife's car needs them first. but I'm going to make the best of it if i don't have them by then.

 

I will either be living in Utah or deployed again in March. Sad face.

 

I don't really see a reason right now for me to NOT be there. I don't have a preference on the date either.

I'll have new tires then...but that's about it.
