6x10 enclosed trailer

I am looking at buying an enclosed 6x10 trailer for hauling goose decoys during season and camping stuff during the summer. I own an 05' tacoma access cab with the 4.0 and 6 speed, and my wife has an 05' double cab with the 4.0 and auto trans.
My question is am I going to be able to pull this trailer if I ever want to load my 650 kawi that weighs around 800lb and 360 kawi that weighs in around 500lb. Has anyone towed with these pickups much??

use trailer brakes to be extra safe..





I towed this with no trailer brakes and didn't feel un-safe at all. the truck handled it real well. Your access cab - im not toooo sure about, but the wifey's shouldnt have a problem.

 

also, there is a "show us what you tow" thread on here somewhere, do a search. many people have towed more weight, with no issues

This is about the same weight and I dont have any problems. Those enclosed trailers dont weigh that much, just have alot of drag therefore tow heavy. You'll be fine.

 

I tow a 7x12 tandem axle trailer with all of our goose decoys and my arctic cat 500 atv. No problem at all!

 

youll be fine...ive towed a 22ft boat a couple of times, my bike a lot, and a 12 ft trailer loaded down with a buncha crap for moving apts...

 

I tow 5-6k regularly w/o problems, anything over 3500lbs trailer brakes would be nice, its not the starting thats hard its the stopping.

I've towed a 8x12 w/ Polaris 800(800lbs) and Can-am renegade (600) w/ no problem. I highly recommend a V-nose enclosed trailer.

 

I'm using my local Toyota dealer. They shot me a pretty good total price. I have been pretty satisfied with their work, and they do what they say they'll do.
