    My body really is fighting the changes I want to make. First my ankle blow out and now I just discovered I have a 5th wisdom tooth that has to come out. Who knew that was even a thing? So that is happening next Tuesday and I have to go to sleep for it so I can't eat anything after midnight Monday until after the surgery. So many gainz will be lost next week :frusty:

    So I got all kinds of weak on my cut... finally hoisted up 275x1 at 200lbs body weight today. This was after 5 working sets to boot. Keep in mind that I have ever only put up 300lbs 1x nearly 2 years ago and I was 240 lbs bodyweight. I would say that this is progress!

    Anybody ever followed Wendler? We've been doing the 531 lately and seen crazy strength gains. I'm about 208lbs with a 350 bench doing it. We are going to test the calculated maxes soon as we haven't ever actually accomplished that and we want to see how accurate it is.

    I'm still working on my deadlift and squat, those ratios aren't so great (max of about 405 on both). I really can't explain why my bench has been able to go up so much. It's been a 315 max for 2 years, then we have now done 6 weeks of Wendler and it jumps to 350 (calculated).
