2016 NCAA Football Thread

They're idiots...we need an OC that actually knows how to developed a QB and call plays. His game plan consist of:

1st down: Hurd up the middle for 1yd
2nd down: Hurd up the middle for 2yds
3rd down: 4yrd pass
4th down: punt

When he actually opens up the offense and stops being so predictable we score a bunch of points & win games...ie..4th quarter of all but the Bama game this season. But when you play scared you get blown out by Bama & lose to a pathetic SC team.

Notice when Hurd was on the sideline and Kelley was in how different the plays were also? Idk what happened to Hurd over the summer but he's not the same player as last season.

 

We're similar. When Chubb is in the game, it's run up the gut, run up the gut, pass on 3 and 8+. Sony goes in and it's toss to the outside, outside handoff, quick slants.

Our OC has forgotten that a screen is a great play call against a defense that is bringing 8 people against our 6 blockers.

We can't use our talented tight ends because they have to stay in to block because our o line is so atrocious

 

Seems like our O-line has regressed since last season. Dobbs tries to stand in & be a pocket passer but gets sacked every time he tries. He's only effective if he rolls out & our OC doesn't run those plays enough. He's a much better passer when he's on the move.

Tennessee had a "secret meeting" last night. During that meeting Jalen Hurd says he's transferring.

Everything was rainbows and sunshine when they were pulling wins out of their asses every week...

 

I don't know what their problem is... They already won a championship this year.

Also, lose the mouthpiece, big guy. It looks like a pacifier.

 

ESPN reporting now that Jonathan Kongbo and Jalen Hurd have been dismissed from the team.

Quitting brick by brick.

 

Kongbo tweeted out Saturday night a pic of cleats hanging up and just said "all good things must come to an end" or some shit like that.

Hurd hasn't been effective his season. Kelley & Kamara have torn it up though.

That's exactly what I told them. Hell hes barely half way thru the season and only has a few players he recruited.

 

I figured as much. I used to like when Alabama and auburn played the Friday after Thanksgiving. Been a few years since we did that. Not sure why.
