After a good night of drinking, the bar closed and we are all outside in the parking lot and outta nowhere, one of my friends started pissing on my rear tire on my 3rd gen dcsb. I was like dude wtf? But I also had a full bladder and went to rinse off all 4 tires on his car. He was like heyyy... and I said payback a bitch. I don't know why people think peeing on a back tire is good luck.

 

How can anyone even tell if that guy was pissing? Look at his feet, they arent even pointed at the truck. No puddle underneath and he has his phone in his hand. Seems to me he was just talking and maybe checking out the cab or possibly vandalizing it. Definitely not pissing.

It does not look like he was taking a piss at all. To me, it looks like he was checking the door handle, then pulled his phone out to act nonchalant about being caught possibly trying to break in.

 

Maybe the truck didn't even belong to any of the three in the clip...

 

considering there was no puddle or growth of puddle anywhere near the guy... hmm

could have been f'ing with the side mirror or something instead. can't see his arms/hands until he turns to the guy

 

When we are all drinking after softball we all piss on other teammates tires it's kind of like a game. The rain will wash it off anyway, dude over reacted.

Not worth the assault and battery charges. He should've just taken a pic of the guy and the "evidence," and called the cops.
